Retailer adds U.S. fashion brand to portfolio after nabbing U.K.'s Pret A Manger
BENGALURU — Reliance Retail will bring American fashion brand Gap to India through a long-term franchisee agreement announced Wednesday, bolstering its portfolio of global brands aimed at catering to affluent Indians.
Reliance Retail, a subsidiary of billionaire Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Industries, already sells more than 30 global fashion and lifestyle brands in India, including Burberry, Jimmy Choo, Michael Kors and Brooks Brothers.
